Warranty : Unless otherwise stated, all quoted products are subject to a "1 Year Carry in Warranty" which requires end user to bring unit back to ITWORX in the event of an issue. ITWORX is not authorized to work on such products and is required to take product to the appointed warranty centre. Warranties are subject to the specific warranty of manufacturer and product. Additionally in all cases, software faults are not covered and software repairs will be charged at normal repair rates.

  • That unless quoted, all solutions are quoted excluding installation, setup & configuration.
  • ITWORX does not accept payment via credit/debit card for amounts exceeding P 2500.00.
  • Quote Linked to Pula/Rand and Pula/US$ - ITWORX reserves the right to re-quote should the exchange rate deviate by more than 1% from bank selling rate used on day of the quotation.
